ABOUT ME

I am a licensed social worker and dedicated leader in perinatal mental health. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Social Work (DSW) from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work, with an academic and research background in trauma-informed care in the perinatal period.

With more than 15 years of experience across private practice, public agencies, and nonprofit mental health settings, I take a holistic approach to women’s health, drawing on my own birth experience, background as a psychotherapist, mindfulness instructor, and yoga/somatic practitioner. I currently serve as an Adjunct Professor and Board Member for the New York Chapter of Postpartum Support International, while actively contributing to community initiatives throughout New York City and beyond. My work reflects a deep commitment to supporting women, birthing people and families at every stage of their journey.
