Nurture Therapy ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit www.nurture-therapy.com (the "Site") or submit information to us through the Site.

It does not replace the Notice of Privacy Practices that governs your protected health information (PHI) once you become a client — that notice is provided separately and governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), if applicable to our practice.

If you become a client of Nurture Therapy, information related to your care (such as clinical notes, diagnosis, treatment history, and billing information) is considered protected health information and is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA, not this website Privacy Policy. That notice will be provided to you directly during intake and explains your rights regarding your health information, including access, amendment, and disclosure.

Information submitted through website contact or intake forms before you are an established client (e.g., a general inquiry form) is handled per this Privacy Policy until a therapist-client relationship is established, at which point it becomes part of your clinical record.

We may share information with:

Service providers who help us operate the Site or our practice (e.g., website hosting, scheduling software, email service providers, electronic health record systems), who are contractually obligated to protect your information
